On very rare occasions some problems do occur along the way. Below gives you some detail on our shipping carriers and timeframes. In the event that something has happened to your parcel the C&G Customer Service team will be able to help you to discover the status and location of your order.
Pandemic Update

We are currently experiencing unprecedented demand and are unable to promise our normal amazing same day dispatch service. However, rest assured that we are working as hard as we can to get all orders out as soon as possible. Your items may be a day or so later than usual, but they will be with you as fast as we can get them to you. Thanks for your patience.

Delayed packages:

UK Royal Mail/Fulfilled by Amazon/ DPD

If your package hasn't yet arrived don't panic. The service that the Royal Mail provides is usually excellent and as a general rule orders arrive within 2 working days from the dispatch date. Due to delays beyond our control the delivery time can sometimes be extended beyond this 2 day period. If your package has yet to arrive within 15 working days then please contact our Customer Service team

UK Expedited Services

If you elected to use one of our tracked 'next day' services, and your package has yet to arrive, then please contact Customer Services immediately via the Contact Us page. The Cooper & Gracie customer services team will then determine the exact location of your package using the individual tracking number.

Receiving the wrong items or items are missing:

When receiving your package you discover that you have been sent the wrong item(s) in error, or there is an absence of a particular item, then we will rectify the situation as soon as possible. All purchases made at Cooper & Gracie are under our 100% customer satisfaction guarantee. Our dispatch team tries very hard to get the right orders sent to the right people. Mistakes are extremely rare but do happen on occasion. Please accept our apologies if you find there is something missing or the wrong item has been dispatched to you.
