Refunds
We are sorry if you feel the product you’ve purchased isn’t perfect for your pets specific needs. We would like to talk to you further if you’d like and possibly advise a better-suited product. Contact us at info@cooperandgracie.co.uk
If however you decide you’d like a refund and have purchased within the last 90 days please email: info@cooperandgracie.co.uk - You will receive an email notification that your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, firstly we are very sorry.
It may be a case of needing to contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is deposited, depending on your bank.
If your bank has no record of the refund please contact us at info@cooperandgracie.co.uk and we shall look into it as a matter of urgency.
Exchanges
Firstly we are sorry your lovely C&G product hasn’t arrived perfectly. We make sure when products leave the C&G factory they are in perfect condition. Unfortunately, on occasion, some delivery companies we use do not always treat our products with the same care and attention. We are constantly trying to improve our delivery partnerships and we will happily replace any products if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a product for the same item, send us an email at info@cooperandgracie.co.uk.
In regards to returned shipping costs, unfortunately, we cannot cover these costs for you at this time. We are happy to exchange an item once the return is received. When shipping your item(s) back to us, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
